When you buy a crypto-tool subscription with USDT, the transaction is final. There are no chargebacks, no payment reversals. This article explains exactly what we can replace, what we cannot, and why crypto refunds work differently from credit card refunds.

How Crypto Payments Change the Refund Model

Credit card purchases come with chargeback rights. If a merchant fails to deliver, you can dispute the charge with your bank. Crypto payments are irreversible. Once a USDT transaction is confirmed on-chain (typically after 1-2 block confirmations on TRC-20 or ERC-20), the funds cannot be pulled back. This means our marketplace operates on a replacement-based model, not a refund-based one. We replace defective orders with equivalent or better items, but we cannot issue cash refunds to your wallet. What Counts as Defective on Arrival

A product is considered defective if it fails to work as described within 24 hours of delivery. For each product type, we define specific defects:

  • **Telegram Premium / X Premium**: Account is banned or locked within 24 hours of activation. Wrong region (e.g., you requested US but received India). Missing claimed features (e.g., no blue checkmark on X Premium).
  • **DeBank / Dune / Nansen / Etherscan Pro**: Login credentials do not work. Account shows a different plan tier than purchased. Account is suspended within 24 hours due to the seller's actions (not your usage).
  • **Alchemy API**: API key is invalid or rate-limited below the purchased tier. Account flagged for abuse by Alchemy within 24 hours.
  • **Other digital goods**: For SMS-verify: number already used for the target service. For streaming: simultaneous viewer cap hit immediately. For VPN: provider banning shared keys. For AI subscription: rate limits lower than advertised. For VPS: provider terminates due to TOS violations from seller's setup.

What Is NOT Covered

We do not replace or refund for:

  • **User-caused issues**: You changed the password, shared credentials, or violated the service's terms of service yourself.
  • **Policy enforcement after delivery**: The service provider bans the account after 24 hours due to their own policy changes or your activity. For example, X Premium accounts can be suspended weeks later for spam; that is not our responsibility.
  • **Region change after purchase**: If you buy a US-region Telegram Premium and then move to a country where Telegram blocks certain features, that is not a defect.
  • **Natural account aging**: Some services (like DeBank) may require periodic re-authentication. We cannot replace accounts that expire after the guaranteed period.
  • **Third-party downtime**: If Alchemy API has a global outage, we cannot replace the key. We will extend the subscription duration if the outage exceeds 24 hours.

Replacement SLA and Process

Cash refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver a replacement within 72 hours and store credit is not acceptable to you.

Why We Cannot Offer Cash Refunds

Crypto payments are final. When you send USDT on TRC-20 (cost ~$0.50-1.00 per transfer) or ERC-20 ($2-10 depending on gas), the transaction is immutable. We cannot initiate a chargeback. If we refunded every claim, we would be exposed to fraud where buyers receive the product and then claim a refund. Our replacement model ensures you get working goods while protecting us from abuse. The only cash refund scenario is if we fail to deliver a replacement within 72 hours — and even then, we prefer store credit to avoid high network fees on small refunds.

  • Verify the product description matches your needs before purchase. Check region requirements, account age, and feature lists.
  • Use the product immediately after delivery. Most defects appear within the first hour.
  • Do not change passwords or share credentials until you confirm the account works.
